A $200.00 deposit will be
collected when flight is scheduled. There is a 48 hour no-refund
cancellation policy (flights cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled time
will forfeit deposit)

All flights must be fully
paid for in advance of departure

Passenger must be over 18 and be in good
physical condition, not pregnant and not weigh over 225 lbs

Passenger understands
that this is a flight in a high performance aerobatic airplane subject to
high "G" loads and sudden and violent changes in attitude, pitch, roll and
direction of flight

Passenger
must sign a liability
waiver prior to departure

Flights will depart from
Camarillo Airport
unless
previous arrangements are made which will increase the cost of the flight(s)

Flight may be rescheduled due to weather
conditions or mechanical condition of airplane

Air Sick bags will be
provided “Just In Case”, failure to properly utilize the sick bag will
result in a $200 cleaning fee
